Job Description

In becoming a highly proficient, super user of Far South Networks’ products, you are the client facing company representative.

Become a member of Far South technical support team.

Manage the technical support desk, maintain CRM CASE’s reports and interact with resellers.

Engage in the resolution of technical support cases.

Implement and maintain test procedures for Far South Networks N product line.

Develop and maintain product documentation, User Guides, Admin Guides, FAQ’s…

Test and maintain new product feature sets on PBX, Gateway and UC&C platforms

Technical / Pre-sales:

  • Represent Far South Networks in roll out of custom projects
  • Test and maintain new product feature sets


  • Become a certified Wanderbox & Com.X PBX & Gateway trainer

Desired Skills and Expertise

National diploma or equivalent, with a leaning towards ICT, Information Systems and Communications Systems

0 to 5 years working technical experience

Linux, Asterisk, Networking, traditional and IP telephony knowledge

Good interpersonal skills


Successful account management and / or technical sales experience (a bonus)

Customer & Product Documentation

Other attributes: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and under pressure. Self-directed individual with a intense hunger to learn

Working experience of Far South Networks Com.X products is a PLUS

Target Salary: R10,000 to R20,000 dependent on experience!
